Data We Collect
• Account data: Email, name (optional) • Usage data: Search queries, saved properties, preferences • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information • Payment data: Processed by Stripe (we don't store card details) • WhatsApp data: Phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and the content of your WhatsApp messages to our agent (including voice notes, which are transcribed to text) when you use our WhatsApp agent
Purpose of Processing
• Providing the property search service • Providing the WhatsApp agent (conversation, property search, and — with your consent — proactive notifications about new matches and inquiry updates) • Personalizing search results and recommendations • Processing payments and managing subscriptions • Improving our service through analytics • Communicating service updates
Legal Basis
We process data based on: contract performance (providing the service and answering your WhatsApp messages), legitimate interests (improving the service), and consent (marketing communications and proactive WhatsApp notifications).
Third-Party Services
• Supabase: Database and authentication • Stripe: Payment processing • OpenAI: AI features and voice transcription • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Cloud API): sending and receiving WhatsApp messages — your phone number and message content are processed by Meta when you use the WhatsApp agent • Vercel: Hosting These providers may process data outside the EU (including in the USA) under appropriate safeguards.
Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. After account deletion, data is removed within 30 days, except where legal retention periods apply.
Your Rights
You have the right to: • Access your data • Correct inaccurate data • Delete your data • Export your data • Object to processing • Withdraw consent Contact support@movein.ai to exercise these rights. Data deletion: In the WhatsApp chat, reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. To fully delete your data — including the WhatsApp link and message history — email support@movein.ai or delete your account in the app. Deletion is completed within 30 days, unless legal retention periods apply.
