1. Provider & Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of MoveIn, a property search service with a personal agent operated by Beehive Holding LLC, USA. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
2. Definitions
Service refers to the MoveIn platform and all related features. User refers to any person using the Service. Pro refers to paid subscription tiers.
3. Service Description
MoveIn is a property search service that bundles listings from various sources across Austria and helps users find suitable properties through conversational search.
4. AI Functions
Our service uses automated analysis to support match selection and to align with user preferences. AI results are suggestions and should be verified independently.
5. Third-Party Content
Property listings are sourced from third-party platforms. MoveIn does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legality of third-party listings.
6. Paid Services
1 Week Pro: €19 (one-time, 7 days access). 1 Month Pro: €39 (one-time, 30 days access). 3 Months Pro: €69 (one-time, 90 days access). All plans are one-time payments with no automatic renewal.
7. Duration & Access
Pro access is granted for the purchased duration. There are no recurring charges. You can purchase additional access at any time to extend your Pro period.
8. Withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. See our Cancellation Policy for details. By requesting immediate service activation at checkout, you acknowledge that the withdrawal right may be limited.
9. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods supported by Stripe.
10. Usage Rules
Users must not misuse the service, attempt to circumvent usage limits, or use automated tools to scrape content. Violations may result in account termination.
11. Liability
MoveIn provides the service as is without warranties. We are not liable for decisions made based on property information or AI recommendations.
12. Privacy
Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy. We collect only data necessary for service operation.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
14. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
